The editors of a journal determine its aims and procedures. The editors of our magazine are responsible for the content they accept for publication. The editors of our magazine are in charge of arranging the articles in the issue in accordance with our publication&#8217;s style and editorial guidelines. When it comes to editorial work, reviewers and writers both have certain duties that are established by the editors.<\/p><p>Editors are in charge of ensuring that the peer review process is well-coordinated, transparent, and completed on time. Each paper is sent to two or more reviewers with experience in its particular field. However, editors have the right to reject an article without subjecting it to external peer review if they feel it falls below their quality standards, has insufficient scientific value, or is lacking in originality. Our journal&#8217;s editors may extend invitations to select reviewers who have shown interest in serving on the journal&#8217;s editorial board.<\/p><p>The editor&#8217;s job is to read the reviews, compile the feedback, and then let the writers know if the article was accepted or rejected and why. In addition, editors will check for potential conflicts of interest among contributors, reviewers, editorial board members, and editing Our editors keep all manuscripts submitted to our journal private, and they make sure that reviewers and editing assistants do the same. If there are any ethical difficulties or misconduct on the part of reviewers or authors, it is the editor&#8217;s responsibility to define and execute measures to address these concerns. We want our editors to maintain a certain standard of excellence in all of the articles that appear in our publication. When a major mistake, retraction, or reader complaint is received, a correction or erratum is issued.<\/p><h3 class=\"sub_heading\">Reviewers Responsibilities<\/h3><p>Reviewers are leading scientists who volunteer their time and subject expertise to help the editors to make final decisions on manuscripts submitted to our journals. Reviewers should notify the editor immediately if they are unable to review the review due the non-availability of time or difference in the subject expertise. In such situations reviewers may suggest a suitable alternate reviewer and their contact details.<\/p><p>Reviewers should communicate to editors if they have any potential conflict of interest with the authors of the manuscript and decline to review in such a situation stating the reason to the editor. Reviewers should maintain the confidentiality of the review process. Reviewers should not contact authors or share\/discuss the information presented in the manuscript under review with others.<\/p><p>Reviewers are expected to submit their review report in stipulated time by the editor. Reviewers are expected to comply with journal\u2019s scope, content, and quality of the peer review and provide impartial, constructive, informative and timely review reports on the manuscript under review considering scientific accuracy and originality. Reviewers may give any one of the recommendations as Accept without changes\/Major revision required\/Accept with minor revision\/Reject.<\/p><p>Reviewers should also check the ethical issues relevant to the subject content presented in the manuscript such as use of humans or animal or genetically modified organisms by authors in their research and significant similarity between the manuscript under review and any published paper. Reviewers should report such issues to editors (which are not disclosed to authors as such).<\/p><h3 class=\"sub_heading\">Authors Responsibilities<\/h3><p>Authors should ensure that their manuscript is organized well both technically and grammatically and prepared as per our journal\u2019s guidelines for authors. This will help the editors and reviewers to process your manuscript in less time. Editors may reject the manuscript failing to meet technical, and format requirements of our journal. Authors should ensure that the manuscript submitted to our journal is not submitted elsewhere or nor under consideration for publication in any other journal.<\/p><p>Authors should accept Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statements while online submission of their manuscript. However, manuscripts can be submitted through email (editorijsred@gmail.com) in case of any problem in the online submission system.<\/p><p>All the authors should adhere to the ethical standards for researchers and scientific writing as prescribed by the Committee on Publication Ethics cope.<\/p><p>Authors should submit their revised manuscript as per reviewers\u2019 comments within the specified timeline for second review (if required) along with detailed response or rebuttal to reviewers\u2019 comments in a separate file.<\/p><p>The corresponding author is responsible for the originality of the manuscript and its data content. Journal will take action as per the cope guidelines. if data or any other content of the manuscript is found manipulated\/fabricated or falsified. Co-authors should have significant technical contributions in the manuscript submitted. Support rendered from persons for preparation of manuscript, English corrections, and any particular analysis may be mentioned in acknowledgment.<\/p><p>All references cited should be appropriate and significant to the scholarly content of the manuscript. Authors should disclose any personnel, financial conflicts of interest in the manuscript. Authors should be ready to supply supporting data to the editor if required by the editor.<\/p><p>Authors should mention their sources of funding for research as acknowledgment in their manuscript. Author should state regulations concerning the use of human, animals or genetically modified organisms (if used) in research is adhered as per the international norms and acceptable by respective regulatory agencies. Authors should have obtained permission from the copyright owner to use\/reproduce copyrighted materials used in their submitted. Galley proof of the accepted manuscripts will be sent to the authors for final correction and approval. Authors should respond with their galley proof within 24 to 48 hours for minor corrections if any or no corrections.
